Selecting Coaches

Currently we are allowed to go into the draft with a manager and up to 2 coaches. Our board is looking a changing this rule to not allow this. They would have one manager, with the additional coaches being fathers form kids selected in the draft. I proposed that you allow a manager and coach to team up together prior to the draft with the additional coaches being named after the draft, using fathers/mothers from kids that you draft.

How do some of your leagues handle this.. If this question is confusing I can clarify further.
