Rawlings Power Forge bat?

While I agree with the principal of your argument--safety first. It still remains such a rare occurance, that I don't think anything will ever be done above the local level. Think of all the pitches thrown acroos the country in games, practice, BP, etc. Then figure the number of injuries. I'm not belittling the injury, but...

**Beware Sarcastic Remark Coming**

If we're really concerned about safety, let's ban bringing kids to the park in cars. Automobile accidents kill more people in a week than batted balls do in a decade. Additionally, I'd like to be there when a coach tells some father who just shelled out $150 for his 9y/o's bat that the kid can't use it because the coach feels it's unsafe.
