Official Little League - Eligibility - Playing on 2 teams

If your league is indeed Official Little League then the player can not be on two rosters. Since the All Star teams are decided by age, ie; 9-10 years old, and 11-12 (aka Majors) All-Star team can only be made up of League Age players of that age. A player must play at least 1/2 of his games in order to be eligible to play all stars. Now majors can be made up of ages 9- 12 years of age, as long as your local league does not have a rule against this. So 9 year olds can play with the 11 and 12 in Regular season teams, can not be listed on 2 rosters, ( if they are, they are not covered by Little League Insurance, and there is a violiation of LL rules, and willl only be eligible for the 9-10 year old allstars. Remember that Major and Minor league players can be on 9 -10 yo Allstars, but only Major league Players can be on the 11-12 yo Allstars. This is listed on the Official Regulations and Playing Rules of Little League Baseball page T-6 of the tournament rules. The rule stating that players can not participate during regular season on more that one division is on page 20, Note 2 of the Regulation I, (a). Players shall not participate in more than one division.
