Catcher Drills

Hi Joe Zander

Where the heck were you when I needed you 12 and 10 and even 6 years ago?

My son and I started from ground zero except for the great "natural" catchers I had the good fortune to throw to.

Thank you for the links, and thank the Lord for the Internet.

Also, thank you for joining the wacko discussions we have on this board. You are so very welcome here, and your insights are genuinely appreciated.

I cannot tell you how many hours my son and I spent experimenting to discover some of the neat things in the sources you alluded to.

As you have probably gathered, my book is a "Primer" or a starting place. I have thought long and hard about writing the sequel called perhaps, "BIG RED BEAN'S ABOUT BASEBALL", but there are any number of sources for those enhancements to a kiddos' game. I simply tried to create a solid starting place.

Talk to us some more, and forgive us if we jump your bones. When all is said and done...it all about getting the kids some cheers.

Best regards
Kenneth Bean
