Canadian Insurance

I better expound a little on the Insurance. The player insurance also pays for the doctors and hospital so that the Tax Payer doesn't get the bill. So basically the Player insurance pays the same things as the USA Player Insurance. It's just that with more Leagues participating, it brings the Cost of Player Insurance down.
