Hitting Plane

By: Bear
Add to Mixx!

Some quick thoughts.

I have used two models in clinics
and one on one.

The batting trainer product is a replicated
concept from a friend (Tim) from North Carolina who markets Short Stroke Trainer.

Both products attempt to:

1) Minimize hand path path to hitting area.
2) Maximize arc of barrel in hitting plane.
3) Muscle memory

What products do not claim to teach:
3) Preparatory Hitting Mechanics
(Although Tim has 'bars' to support looping)
4) Weight Transfers Approach
5) Rotational Hitting Approaches
6) Power alley to all Fields
7) Staying back on off-speed pitches
8) Lift and Drive

cheers
Bear
