- Full Extension
- Maximize Back Spin on Ball
- Bat acceleration
- Faster times out of box Con's
(Tendancies to develop
the following 'bad hitting habit's) - Poor rotational mechanics
- Poor weight shift
- Release's top hand early
- Lack of Consistent Power
- Poor use of the full Field
- Cupboard is bare when in the kitchen !
