Possible Answer for Roger

Roger,

I like most of the videos as published
by American Sport Education Program,
commonly referred to as ACEP.

For 1999, I am sure there will be
'new' information coming out of the
Coaches Convention in Atlantic this
week.

And I am sure your baseball conditioning
is for the youngest of amateurs in contrast to baseball condition for the professional as
well as 'general' conditioning.

Tryouts for the summer season starts Sunday.
(In comparison HS tryouts in this state which
start on March 1. The hard copy material
I hand out to the HS and teenagers include: Dr. Frank Jobe: 'Exercises' &
Dr. Croce: Exercises for the Baseball Player'

Another 'best seller' coaching book is
"Sucessful Coaching" & about $20.00

For practicing indoors and associated game
preparation, I would lean toward Winkin's video (Univ of Maine Black Bears......catchy isn't it).
I think John's titled it "Baseball Practice Indoors". The combo hard and soft material is
about $50.00 US dollars.

Good question Roger, You may also want to
consider other 'conditioning' sectors such
as Nutrition, Sport Physiology, Time Management,
and then the level of 'pupil'...e.g Volunteer,
Mom & Dad, Youth, Teenager, HS, College, Pro.
Now that I think about it, JT, should also provide his insight and expertise in the PT areas.

Let me know what you find out ?

cheers
Bear
