Dead Horses and Cans of Worms--and Bats

By: Bear

Gee Wayne......oops,

I feel off my rocking chair on this one:
"So I just want to stay on the
bat issue because a Bat Co.
does not have the right to alter
the game and increase the
risks to sell bats."

a) Remember what 'Congress' is doing?
a) Remember what Marvin Miller did. & to go
back farther:
b) Recall what Wrigley did. & to go back farther
c) Recall what Spaulding did.

Contrary to your 'values' any company
has the right to try. That's what makes
the Game of Baseball & this country so great.

When all is said & done, the game of baseball
has not changed. The business of baseball
has.......& dramatically.

But in the end......who pays......the FANS.
